This is a fantastic way to end the first story arc of this action oriented series. This page contains the exact same mise-en-scene that would have gone into an movie adaptation of the book. And I get the feeling that Hickman could write these characters’ voices and dialogue in his sleep and still turn out a better book than 90% of what else is available out there on the market. There is very little not to love about this series. The pacing might not always be perfect, but the rest of it almost always is.
